Why empowerment of victims leads to tyranny

Leadership is power with authority, that is it is power held responsible by accountability. Tyranny is power unshackled from accountability. 

As a class of people victims are not capable of being held accountable, or to put it another way, nobody is going to hold a class of victims accountable. Victims are without accountability. 

Ergo giving political power to victims is giving power to a group of people you can never hold accountable. 

If only the white man is to blame then only the white man can be held accountable. If only the white man can be held accountable then he is the only one who can be trusted with power. Progressives ironically reinforce the notion that only white men have agency and can be trusted with power. 

A society ruled by victims would be a society of complete tyranny where the more of a baby you are and the greater your grievance the higher your social status. As usual the road to hell is paved with noble sounding intentions. 

It is incredibly important to master the art of being perspicious. Perspiciousness is being extremely discerning and specific. It is the ability to drill down on an intuition and convert that intuition into words. This is extremely important for the right wing because everything conservatives know is intuitive. You need to be able to convert into words what your intuition already knows. Liberals run circles around conservatives because they are better at articulation, but the instant a conservative learns to articulate his intuition it blows them out of the water.
