The root of our crisis is not just who rules us but the overwhelming dominance of technology itself. The constitution basically enshrines the rights of capital owners and since capital is bound up with technology, and technology is the root of most of the crisis, rights for capital is rights for technology. This is a huge problem and you're not going to solve it until the current government is canceled. The law itself is overwhelmingly long and full of rent seeking corruption and needs to be canceled. Most of the laws need to be canceled, and the laws that don't need to be canceled (like most environmental protection laws) are precisely the ones they are most likely to cancel. The United States is simultaneously over regulated and under regulated, over regulated in all the ways that reinforce corruption and under regulated in all the ways that allow corruption.
It honestly all has to go. And everyone involved has to go. This process is going to have to resemble something like the french revolution combined with the rise of a new monarchy. Any revolution that leaves the tech bros alive will be incomplete since after the woke, the trans, activist, thugs, cartel members, insane teachers, and the entire NGO apparatus is herded into camps there will still be effective altruist degenerates and AI singularity misanthrope idolaters that must also meet a gassy fate. Maybe they will be re-educated successfully, but don't count on it. Be ready to drive the backhoe when they inevitably resist. The new system must be built on the pure use of violence to sweep away the old system. Exitocracy / schism elections are a method for govering after everything has been swept clean. It is the best method I believe because it does not require complete faith in a divine monarch. It tolerates a lot of experimentation and that keeps with the rights tradition of the american people.
The methods must be a legal — no terrorism here. It must be done through the use of state power itself otherwise a civil war catastrophe will occur.
